Welcome and thank you for visiting.
I am passionate about people, their inner journeys, healing, nature, and everything that life has to offer. I believe that everyone can live a life that is truly fulfilling and meaningful to them. Everyone has within them the innate power to heal themselves from whatever it is that is holding them back.
I have spent several years working on my gifts. I have sat in various self-development classes and spiritual circles and practise daily meditation to leave my body and time behind, in order to step into the depth of my own being. A lot of my time has been dedicated on the mind and how thoughts influence our actions and ultimately life at large.
This journey has led me towards healing my own trauma, not only emotionally, and mentally, but also physically. I have learnt that the mind is the largest asset we possess and if we want a life that is different to where we are right now, we have to be willing to do the work, take responsibility and be uncomfortable. We have to look at ourselves and our fears. We have to face the fact that we are the ones that hold ourselves back. We are the ones that put limitations on what we can and cannot do or be.
We have all come here with unique gifts and skills and it is our job, maybe our only job, to birth those gifts to the world and become who we are truly meant to be. Working on oneself can be the most challenging undertaking but the most rewarding. Facing one’s own inner daemons and digging deep, can ultimately liberate one and enable one to live a life that is unlimited.
I am dedicated to giving you the very best of myself as a curious being, as well as providing you with a glimpse into how I perceive the world. On this website you will find posts on topics that keep making their way into my consciousness. They are purely my own opinions and reflections of my personal experiences, but no medical, financial, legal and/or other advice.
I hope you enjoy reading and if you have any questions or comments, please contact me on the ‘contact’ tab.
And finally, stay true to who you really are, no matter what.
